For convenience and security, we use Stripe as our payment processor for credit card transactions. This policy outlines the terms and conditions regarding the fulfillment of services paid for via credit card through Stripe.

Payment Fulfillment
- Service Activation: Services will be activated and commenced only upon successful receipt and verification of payment via Stripe.

- Service Delivery: The delivery timeline for each service will be as per the agreed-upon terms in the service contract, starting from the date of payment confirmation.
Refunds and Cancellations
- Refund Policy: Refunds for services will be handled in accordance with the specific terms outlined in the service agreement. Any eligible refunds will be processed back to the original payment method used during the transaction.
- Cancellation Policy: Clients may request the cancellation of services as per the terms specified in their service agreement. If applicable, any remaining balance after service delivery and administrative fees will be refunded to the original payment method.
Disputes and Chargebacks
- Resolution of Disputes: Clients are encouraged to contact AHC directly to resolve any disputes or issues related to their transactions. Our customer service team is dedicated to addressing and resolving concerns promptly.
- Chargebacks: In the event of a chargeback, AHC will investigate the matter and provide necessary documentation to Stripe. Clients are urged to contact AHC to resolve any issues before initiating a chargeback with their card issuer.
