ReQuip was our first company, founded in 2001. As a leading provider of construction machinery and products, we have built a reputation for supplying high-quality equipment to customers around the world. We offer a wide range of products, from small tools to large machinery, to meet the needs of any construction project.

In 2005, we acquired VendWorx, a company that had already made a name for itself in the retail industry. We continued to grow the company and eventually split it into two divisions, divesting the retail division in 2007. The remaining division focused on building relationships with Fortune 100 companies and expanding its core products. We ultimately sold the company in 2010.

AcuMedia was established in 2005 and has since grown to become a leading national trade publication. With over 100,000 monthly copies distributed nationwide, we have built a large online marketplace and established relationships with multiple Fortune 500 companies. We have also leveraged our knowledge in the technology sector to develop cutting-edge technology and incubate multiple start-ups.

In 2019, we established Durable Brands to assist companies with sourcing, procurement, and supply chain management. We understand the importance of having reliable and efficient supply chains, and we are dedicated to helping companies achieve this.

Most recently, in 2021, we acquired FleetServ, a company that serves the transportation and goods movement industry. FleetServ works with the largest fleets in the nation, helping them solve critical maintenance and compliance issues.
